The new office is now open to see patients on Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5pm.This new location also offers Urgent Care.. The building is located at 1429 S 1600 W (HWY 89) in Mapleton.This 11,400 sq/ft clinic will serve the communities of Mapleton and portions of Spanish Fork and Springville..
