IHA West Arbor and Domino Farms have the most incompetent staff I've ever dealt with. I've had so many issues the four years I've been seeing my doctor at IHA. I've had labs mixed up, and blamed on St. Joe's employees downstairs when it clearly was IHA staffs problem..
